Total waste of trees.

This is sold as a study guide for Munro's Statistical Methods for Health Care Research by Plichta. First, I'd like to say that I teach statistics at the university level and actually use the Munro book in my class. Don't bother with this "study guide"!!! Each chapter is a simple listing of terms, many of which are not discussed in the textbook chapter. It's just simple definitions that you can copy out of the textbook. Each chapter has 5 - 10 key term quizzes and most of these have questions repeated from previous chapters. At the end of each chapter there are instructions to go to their website and take the complete chapter practice test for just 99 cents (for each chapter, adding $18 to the price of the study guide if you're dumb enough to do that). Total waste of time and money, especially since the textbook has plenty of end-of-chapter questions (with answers) that pertain to the specific concepts discussed in each chapter.
